Here you’ll find quick answers to the most common questions about our custom motorcycle bolts and accessories.
🔧 PRODUCTS & CUSTOMIZATION
What are your bolts made of?
Our bolts are crafted from heavy, durable metal (pewter or metal alloys depending on the design).
No plastic, no cheap resin.
Can you make custom engravings?
Yes! We can engrave initials, symbols, names, or custom designs.
Send us your idea and we will confirm if it's possible.
Do custom items take longer to make?
Usually 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and workload.
Do you offer a warranty?
We don’t offer a formal warranty, but if anything arrives damaged or defective, just email me . Your satisfaction is our priority.
Will the bolts fit my motorcycle?
Most of our bolts come in standard thread sizes like M6, M8, and 1/4"-20.
If you’re unsure which size you need, send us a photo of your original bolt — we’ll help you choose.
Do you offer bigger or special thread sizes?
Yes. If you need a different thread size, contact us and we can usually make it.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from our workshop in Burgas, Bulgaria (EU).
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes — and all USA orders include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means:

No extra customs fees

No surprise charges on delivery

The price you see is the final price
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:

USA: 5–12 business days

UK: 4–10 business days

EU: 3–8 business days

Norway / Switzerland: 5–12 business days

Rest of World: 8–20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs and local postal delays.
Do orders come with tracking?
Most orders include full or partial tracking.
Tracking details are emailed once the order ships.
My package is delayed — what should I do?
Contact us at platebolts@gmail.com with your order number.
We will start an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on non-custom items within:

30 days (USA)

14 days (EU)
Items must be unused and unmounted.
Can I return a custom-engraved item?
Custom items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
What if I ordered the wrong thread size?
No problem — we offer exchanges.

We always recommend checking with us before ordering if you’re unsure.
