We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unmounted / not installed
- In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging, if possible
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom-made products
- Personalized or engraved items
- Special orders or made-to-order products
- Items made specifically for your motorcycle model, key blank, logo, or custom request
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Cost
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before sending it back so we can review the issue and provide the best solution.
Return Method
Returns must be sent back by mail. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible non-custom, non-personalized items. The item must be unused, unmounted, and in the same condition as received.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been made, packed, or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
