Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal services

  • incorrect shipping addresses

Once the item is shipped, tracking information will be provided (if available).

Many of our items are handmade and custom-made to order.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

  • custom items cannot be returned or refunded

  • production times may vary depending on workload

If you submit text or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that content.

Custom engraved items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Due to handmade production, slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correct thread size, model compatibility, and installation requirements before ordering.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • delays caused by carriers or customs

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
