Every order is handmade, carefully checked, and shipped from our workshop in Europe.


🚚 Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within:

  • 1–3 business days for non-custom items

  • 2–5 business days for custom engraved items

During busy seasons (Christmas, Black Friday), processing may take slightly longer.

💵 USA Customers – No Extra Fees (DDP Included)

All U.S. orders are shipped with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means:

  • No customs fees

  • No import charges

  • No surprises at delivery

The price you pay at checkout is the final price.

Some small, low-value orders may be shipped with partial tracking (depending on destination).

PlateBolts™ is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • unclaimed shipments

If the package returns to us, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.

Courier investigations may take 10–30 days, depending on the destination.

We will assist you throughout the entire process.
